feat: add hero grid paper texture and fix accent misuse in OG image#187

Applies the brand's grid paper overlay to the hero section. The hero is now full-width with a positioned overlay; content sits above it in a .hero-inner wrapper. Fixes the OG image subtitle: the full sentence was incorrectly in accent color. Per brand guidelines, accent is for single words or short phrases only. Subtitle is now bone (#f0ebe0) with only "agents" in accent via tspan. Also adds the grid paper texture to the OG image background. PNG regenerated from updated SVG.
